☀️Sweat - It mixes with your natural oils and transports the oils further down the strand. ⁣

☀️Frequent washing - To deal with the excess sweat and oil, we tend to wash our hair more often in the summer. This will cause the sebaceous glads to produce more oil to protect the scalp. ⁣

Now throw in hormonal changes, and you have a vicious cycle. So what do we do?⁣

🚿It's ok to wash your hair more frequently. Just use gentle shampoo with light hydration. ⁣
