I will guide you through my new client journey, so your first visit will be effortless.
The Pre-Visit
Once booked, your confirmation text will include a link with all of your pre-visit information such as location, parking, and how to prepare for your appointment.
You will receive a text 48 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm. If you need to reschedule or cancel you may do so through the text.
I will be in contact with you leading up to your appointment and encorage you to reach out if you have any questions before your appointment.
The Consultation
If you arrive early and the door to my suite is closed, I am finishing up with my current client. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.
We will begin our appointment with an in-depth consultation and confirm anything we may have previously discussed through our communications. We will discuss your goals and address any concerns you may have so that we can create the perfect plan for you , before beginning your service.
During your service I will have complimentary refreshments, WiFi, chargers, and relaxing music. My studio is completely private and I do not double book clients.
Your time in my chair is very important to me and should be the exact experience you are looking for. Whether that means catching up on work, reading a book, scrolling socials, or quietly relaxing. So please feel free to bring your laptop, headphones, or a book.
The Big Reveal
Once your gorgeous new hair is complete we will discuss the products I used, my hair loss/scalp recommendations, and any at home care you that you may be interested in.
I do carry Davines products for purchase.
You will also have the opportunity to book your next appointment or you may book online at your convenience. Then we may step outside and take a few photos or videos for social media.
